Tariff for international arbitration cases

The Judicial Chamber shall collect arbitration tax for internatinal cases, depending on the value of the claim, in accordance to the following table:

100 001 euro 200 000 euro 4 850 euro + 3% from the sum exceeding 100 000 euro
200 001 euro 500 000 euro 7 850 euro + 2,5% from the sum exceeding 200 000 euro
500 001 euro 1 000 000 euro 15 350 euro + 2% from the sum exceeding 500 000 euro
1 000 001 euro 25 350 euro + 1,5% from the sum exceeding 1 000 000 euro

1. Certificate – 20.00 /twenty/ euro
2. Uncertified copy – 1.50 /one euro and fifty euro cents/ euro per page
3. Certified copy – 3.00 /three/ euro per page
