Simeon Vladimirov Tasev was born in 1943 in Pernik.
He graduated from Faculty of Law of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 1968. In 1970 he worked as an associate judge in the Kyustendil District Court, and in 1971 became a district judge in Peshtera and head of the court. His academic work began as an assistant, subsequently as a senior assistant in Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He has been a member of the Legislative Council to the Ministry of Justice for more than 10 years. In 1995 he was awarded with the title Associate Professor (Docent) and in 2006 – Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of The University of National and World Economy.
He has accumulated 45 years of work experience, 40 of which in his specialty field.
He is the author of dozens of publications, including monographs, textbooks, articles and more.

Georgy Stefanov Ivanov was born in 1953 in Veliko Turnovo.

He graduated from Faculty of Law of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 1978. In 1991 he was awarded with the academic degree Ph.D. in law. In 1995 was awarded with the title Associate Professor (Docent) and in 2004 – Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo. He was serving as Dean and Vice-Dean of the Law Faculty of Angel Kanchev University of Ruse as well as Vice-Dean and Head of Private-Law Department at the Faculty of Law of St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo.
Leads the disciplines Commercial Law, International Commercial Law, Cooperative Law, Insolvency at St. Cyril and St. Methodius University, Angel Kanchev University and D.A.Tsenov Academy of Economics.
He is the author of about a hundred publication.
He specialized in Law in the USA, Poland, Belgium, Russia, Ukraine and et al.
He is the Chairman of an association for out-of-court dispute resolution.

Sasho Georgiev Penov was born in 1960 in Montana.

He graduated from Faculty of Law of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 1986. In 1996 he was awarded with the academic degree Ph.D. in law. In 2000 was awarded with the title Associate Professor (Docent) and in 2012 – Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He was serving as Vice-Dean of the Law Faculty of St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo. Since 2001 he is the Dean of the Law Faculty of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
Leads the disciplines Banking Law, Finance Law, Tax Law and International Tax Law.
He was member and chairman of the Legal Council to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria and chairman of the Commission on Remission of Uncollectable Debts to the State in the period 2002-2008.
He is the author of dozens of publications, including textbooks, monographs and articles.
He specialized in Austria, Greece, USA and repeatedly in Germany.
He is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Jurists.
